I could use some SEO retraining because the web is changing. In Google’s ideal web, everything starts with a search. You search for news for for a pair of shoes. In that world, Google’s algorithms, honed over more than a decade, respond almost perfectly. But in recent years the web has tilted toward Facebook’s world. There, rather than search for a news article, you wait for your friends to tell you what to read.

I know that my social status needs help because I just don’t get on the internet to just search and I don’t get on Facebook enough to see what friends are telling me to read like Francis said in her comment. You have done a great job on your blog and I am going to research SEO training to find my best option, your blog was very helpful thank you.

I’ve failed so bad at social media lately it’s surprising to me that there is anyone out there that still wants to talk to me. Raising my social status would be a great thing for me to do and stay on top of it’s something that I need to do as well. Thank you for posting this blog that can help me do that, you have a lot of helpful information so please keep posting.

Matthew I’m like you and that is just shameful, in a society that is web based and social media based there is no reason that I shouldn’t be on the popular sites and things doing this very thing and marketing for my business but for some reason I’m fighting to keep old school ways in a new school era. I’m glad I read this because now I see how silly it is to fight it.

Francis I agree my SEO training could be updated as well. I never thought about how important SEO was but I have been seeing more and more articles on this so it must be important right. You have done a great job on this article and I hope that you will post more and more information about this in the future because I am really needing some updates.

I haven’t been doing this long because I just opened my business but now that I have started I want to make it the best it can be. Thanks for the advice.

This sounds like this is going to be a great seminar and if you can figure out a way to get there you should. I am going to see if some friends of mine would like to go with me so we can split the cost because this sounds like something that we can all benefit from. Thank you for posting the information and the dates for the conference.

This is coming up soon and I am looking forward to going however that is my husbands birthday and I have to ok it with him, maybe I can talk him into going with me and we can make it a vacation after the seminar as well. He is more into social network than I am anyway so maybe this will work out for both of us. Thank you and keep rocking your blog.

I am so looking forward to this I have been struggling as a senior citizen to learn everything there is to know about social media and how it works, so this is going to be a huge help. Is there a place to get tickets ahead of time? Maybe your post said that, I will go back and read through it again I was just so excited I probably missed it.

I have talked my husband into going to this with me, we both need it because of the business we are in, but at first he was totally against it so I consider this a big deal because what changed his mind was a friend of his that went to one before. He was telling him what all he had learned and now my husband wants that so here we come.
